Altec 840a Help, please.

A garage sale find last week. A pair of Altec 840a's for $100. I did not buy them because I had no knowledge of them. The owner still has them and will take $80. Any info, links, etc... would be helpful. They are maybe 4 feet tall by 12 in. wide. Grilles not removeable, so I don't even know what drivers or anything.

Each of those 840A's has six Altec 403A 8" full range drivers.
