Going to give a kinda K2S5800 type 2.5 way build but, I am going to try my hand at the H9800 build. I will be trying the 2431 to 2435 CD and if that does not work then I will pursue the 2452 SL.

Other suggestions are welcome but the 5800 design is well liked by the better half.

BTW: May also use a UHF driver as well.

    Informed

I am now awaiting the arrival of 2 of these!

    http://www.jblsynthesis.com/ProductD....aspx?prdid=34

I will still need to get 1 more SAM1HF for my center channel but "The Boss" said I could get 2 now if I wanted to!!

    So dual 1200FE's in a 3.5 config.

Looks to be kinda like a 1400 array!

    This is exciting.
I am sure that this will be a year or so project but right off the get I will most likely have to put them on top of the LE14H-1's

    I have to ask...

    ... the driver wizards:

What's the purpose of having such a big space between the spider and the top plate? Venting? Excursion? Dual spiders?

The voice coil has to be pretty long to reach that far, I wonder why?
