    Northridge Visit - Day 4

The day started at 9:00 am with a meeting with Greg Timbers. Here's Greg looking admiringly at something. What could it be?

We had a brief stop to meet with Jerry Moro, JBL's senior transducer engineer responsible for the 1500AL, SUB1500, 1500FE, 1200FE and W1500H amongst others. The next day, we would spend around two hours with Jerry interviewing him for an upcoming profile on our site.

Oh Fearless Leader, you are so cruel to taunt us!

Still, we would not have it any other way.

    Enlight us when you can.

You forgot to point out the tie. Handy for those special "tie days" I suppose.

    Hey Don.

While you are on the left coast, please drive by 1515 S. Manchester Ave. in Anaheim and put a flower on the lawn in rememberance,, just for those of us who miss the Green.

JBL Consumer's production line. This small line is where all of the high end speakers (K2, Array, 4348 etc) are manufactured. All other series are manufactured off shore.

The afternoon was spent with Doug Button, JBL Pro's Vice President of Research and Development, touring the Pro side. Here he is in front of one of two rapid prototyping machines.

Inside the power test room where SPL's range from 120-140db. Ear protection is a must.
