for my latest office speakers. These have the blue grills not shown in the pic. The stands are left over from the Bose 901's these replaced.

Stands, that is. Those were actually pretty nice stands. You've got the chrome one, too, which were probably sold least. Any problems with the high center of gravity with the JBLs?

Out here in CA, my first thought was for earthquakes....

The speakers are actually very stable on those stands. The height is perfect for me while sitting at my desk. It puts the mid tweets at head level. That way I can get good volume nice and crisp without disturbing others on the floor. Luckily no one sits in the office directly across the hall from me.
