Rheostat in 4430

Hi

Who can tell me exactly what this Rheostat in the 4430 network is?

Do I need to by it from JBL or can I out it somehow together with other parts?

It's a 30 ohm reostat so you can use fixed values. I got the replacement part for the original from JBL. Don't get those the replacements are garbage. Get the original part. The part number is on the tech sheet.
