I can't find anything in any of the schematics. Post all the values on one of the cards.

    The number is 51340F. Values are .022/250 X 5 and 4.7K resistors.

1.1KHz, 12db/oct ... it's in the 5234A manual, so double check me. -grumpy

Sounds like a 1.1 kHz card. I don't see that number on any schematics or cards I have. Maybe subwoof has. It might be just a serial stamp.

I was looking at the actual schematics, and yes, you're correct.

A seller on eBay recently listed a bunch of 12 dB cards.

The 51340x number is in the trace etching.

    I have D, E, and F versions - blanks, feedthroughs, and 1200 Hz.

It seems to be the raw board part number, with revisions, though no changes are apparent on examination....

    ch.ch.changes

The JBL cards had many subtle variations to reflect layout, coating and screening. The only place I have seen this documented is in an internal mechanical drawing that showed revisions in the corner that came with a card from the original tent sale.

Have no idea where that dwg is but I will submit it for the library when it's unearthed.

In my ( now dwindled ) box I have the C,D,E,F versions and they look the same to me...

They did the same with the 18db cards ( 56182 ).

When they produced the CD horn 18db variants, it went even further but I need dan brown to decipher that writing....

    56182 Card in a 5234A

I've acquired the above unit & cards; the "window" says 800Hz but I can't seem to find any info on these cards. Anybody have something on them? BTW the above number is not the serial number as it has a seperate stamping.
