L36 vs. L36A

Will there be any sonic differences between these 2 speakers?

Alnico vs Ferrite, I had both versions of these drivers for a time in L26's and owned the L36.

I can't help thinking that the 127H/A woofers with the convex dustcaps would perform a bit better in the upper bass. The 125A woofers make great bass at lower frequencies, but they get worse the higher they go until the mids pick up the slack.

Has anyone tried the 127H/A woofers in the L36 alongside a L36 with the 125A woofers? I'll listen to these speakers in stereo often enough to warrant the expense as I like Sirius Sattelite Radio and listen to it exclusively in stereo with the L36's. I just wish a LE10 would fit /
