    Log In Problems Since Upgrade

Some users have reported problems in keeping logged in to the forum since last night's upgrade. This is due to a change in the forum's use of cookies. To rectify this problem, all cookies should be cleared from your browser. In IE this is done by clicking "Tools" on the menu bar, then selecting "Internet Options" from the drop down box and then clicking on the button "Delete Cookies". Close IE, then re-open and go to our forum. You should be asked to log in, after which a new cookie will be set in your browser and this should fix the problem
    Regards

    Don McRitchie

    Smile Mac OS X Alternative

As an alternative in the Mac OS X Safari Browser, remove your old bookmark, sign into LH Forums, and create a new bookmark.

    You're good to go.
    Out.

Wait til you hear I've been thru this morning..appartently EVERYONE ( but me) was able to get on the forum in some way.

No matter what I clicked on, threads, PM's, names, member list etc everything I got this message"

There seems to have been a slight problem with the Lansing Heritage Forums database.
Please try again by pressing the refresh button in your browser.
An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, who you can also contact if the problem persists.
    We apologise for any inconvenience

and what was really bothersome was that everyone else was on..I couldn't even read the threads...NOTHING but that damn message..even trying to contact someone via the forum was impossible....

Now after 6 hours I've got an answer, appartently I'm the ONLY ONE who was clicking the PICTURE to enter the forum and EVERYONE else was clicking on the button that says"Main Forum page"

I guess they hadn't "Updated" the code behind the picture and I was going off in Neverland using "OLD CODE" to read a NEW DATABASE

Damn.. I was starting to wonder if you guys had voted to get rid of me...
