    Hi All,

The TacoSurf get together broke up about 10:30pm. Those who attended:

    Titanium Dome
    Glen
    JohnK
    Andresohc
    Mech986
    Toddalin and wife Linda
    Hamilton
    Steve Schell
    Don McRitchie

Great group of folks to talk to and kick back with. The food was good, place a little noisy (had some kids in the next table who were a bit out of control), but nice to have a chat with the people behind the monikers.

Photos were taken by TD and Don so will have to wait for them to post. Glad I made it. Also, thanks to HoffmanHP and Glen for the round and JohnK for his generosity.

    Regards,

    Bart

    Smile LH evening

Yes, it was good to meet so many members in the flesh and see the men behind the monikers.

We had a number of two- three- and four-way conversations, and at the end talked briefly about the possible LH Weekend for late spring/early summer. Hopefully, there'll be more info about that soon.

I have a big meeting with about 160 school administrators this morning, so I have to run, but I'll post some pictures later, including one of the next generation of LH members, who kept hanging around near the end of the table. Maybe Don will have his pictures up before long. EDIT: There's one now!

A great time was had by all. Thanks, John, for taking care of us.

I had a great time, for sure. Nice to listen to JBL stories, vintage and new. Maybe there's enough interest in So. Cal. to do this every other month...or whatever.

Thanks John, your generosity was most kind. It was fun meeting all ya'.

I only have time to say a quick thank you to everyone from last night since I'm about to run out the door to Northridge. I really enjoyed myself and it was great getting the opportunity to meet some of our members in person. The more often this can happen, the better. In particular, I'd like to thank JohnK for the meal, and Hofmannhp for the round of drinks. I'll post more this evening.
    Regards

    Don McRitchie

    Sorry to miss out.

Looks like you all had a great time. Magnet3 and I wish we could have been there, but we had other family obligations to attend to. Maybe the Lansing Heritage Weekend, late spring/early summer? Oh...like, duh ....Magnet3 is on the left....and no, she's not my sister.
