I am kind of wondering what the deal is with these too. It sure would help to see an original Z-vs-F plot. A lot could come from this besides guessing.

how favorably do you think these will compare to the 125A woofers, if they were functioning right that is?
Well, having never seen a pair of 118H side by side with 125s I couldn't say. I am not convinced anything is wrong with my drivers, I just think they are a high Qts speaker.
Now your speaking a language I understand, I am dumb when it comes to crossovers.
