Did Radio Shack ever use JBL drivers in their speakers?

Heath kit sure did but Radioshack??? I sure can't remember any???

No. Radio Shack used Audax and pioneer drivers sometimes but they had drivers made overseas under contract. The best driver they had made IMHO was the 40-1022a 4 inch woofer used in the minimus series. This woofer has been used in many systems and was a hot selling system for them for years, I have four of these drivers.

In some cases the bought motorola piezo drivers adn even some fostex horn tweeters.
