    Subwoofer front baffle.

    I am building a 4.5 cu.ft. enclosure from Baltic birch for a 2235H.
I want to use 0.75"R quarter round solid hardwood on the front baffle.
Will it affect the rigidity of the front baffle?

1/4 round for edge trim? As long as the main baffle is well supported/braced, why not?
