In an attempt to reduce the “Packrat Factor” I’ve decided to place various JBL components in two “Boxes”, instead of having them all over the place. The “Boxes” are 2.1315 cu’ each. The components are: 2214H, 104H-2, 035ti, L-112 networks.

I’ve burned my eyes with the “Search” function on MANY topics. The 3113B network, with the Giskard preferred Conjugate/Zobel, has me intrigued. I’d like to “Mod” the L-112 network for use with the aforementioned components. I see the LF Zobel is G-man recommended for L-96, L-112, and L-150A, which have LF drivers with an Le of .60 mH.

Based on WinlSD, the 2214H has an Le of 1.3 mH. That’s where I’m stuck. I’ve tried using a simple formula C (Farad) = Le (Henry) divided by Resistance Squared, to attempt to “Reverse Engineer” the 3113B LF Conjugate. So far, I’m just mumbling to myself.

I’ve read about other methods to determine a “Correct” Zobel, using signal generators/measurements… Where to now St. Peter?
