    What capacitors were used in LX5 crossover?

    What capacitors (brand and type, not values) were used in the early 16 ohm LX5 crossovers, used in the S7 systems? Thanks for your help

    Custom made caps

    Hi JRL

    I think that once I read that JBL used to use custom design caps.
    Mostly (all?) of the caps was/are of Mylar none polarized type caps Check also library, for example this site:
