How do you get posts deleted?

I'm thinking I want at least some of my posts deleted on these forums.

    Is this possible?

Or how can this be done?

edit/delete for a limited time only

I know the "edit message" button goes away in a short time (24 hours?)
And in a post that was the start of a thread the Edit Message Webpage did not display the "Delete Message" option that normally shows up at the top of the page.

I think you'll have to ask a moderator for help.

There is only one other member who asked for this and it was refused

Try being exceptionally rude..its seems to work..at least for me and you won't have to worry about anything every again

Why would you want all your messages deleted?? You have 24hrs. to edit one. If you start the thread a moderator has to delete it even when it's still in the first 24 hrs.
    'Is this possible?'

    No not really.

One way I found around this is to not delete it, but just completely change it. I did a post and decided to delete it, but found I couldn't. That post got changed to the "How To Delete a Post?" post.

I liked Ti Dome's "Nothing to see here, folks. Move along now...." approach to the problem.
