    1 of 4 pairs

This is 1 of 4 pairs of the JBL4430's I built about 15yrs ago. 2 pairs were in utility finish and 2 pairs in walnut. I found 1 pair in utility finish today in the garage so I thought I would take some pictures. As many pairs of JBL's were made and sold over the years, I still have these To bad their not walnut These speakers where made out of a inch and a quarter PB and weigh close to 200pds each. The finish is Fleck Stone spray paint. Color Gotham Grey. Crossovers and components where all stock. Have to hook them up and give them some beating!

jbl4: I very much enjoy your pictures, but please follow the image posting protocol for the site. They are WAY huge, two screens wide....

    Thumbs up Nice job!

Now, if you'd armor plate them, we could mount them on a Bradley.
