    Anyone familiar with these?

    Hey Gang,
These are the terminals I mentioned last evening that came with my
B460 Sub. It does indeed appear that the holes for the standard JBL
twist-lock terminals have been drilled out and plugged with dowels. Then
the holes for these were drilled with wider spacing. There is nomenclature
stamped on the binding posts that reads "WBT-0700w-GERMANY". I did a
search on Google and apparently WBT is a brand that is fairly commonly
used in high end systems. I just wondered if anyone is familiar with these. I'm
satisfied that these were not an upgrade to the B460 that was implemented by JBL.

    Thanks,

    Peter

WBT makes top notch terminals for speakers, definately an upgrade over OEM although purists and collectors may not agree. You obviously are more interested in playing your B460 then ROI and resale so I think you'll be happy with them.

    Thanks guys!

    Thanks guys,
Both for the info and the welcome back. I guess I lucked out
when I bought the sub. I bought it on eBay from a dealership in Utah and the
fellow that auctioned it didn't have too much info on the unit's history. I always
kind of wondered about the terminals, they do seem to be very nice. Thanks for the input!
