There are two pair of Lancer 99's on ebay one has a 12" with no surrounds on the woofer and a lattice grille, and the other one has has surrounds on the woofer and no lattice grille. Which would be the best to buy or are they the same? Thanks!

Out.
It's 14-inch LE14A, actually. The fretwork grille is the more collectable version. If they're the original Lansaloy surrounds, they'll need to be replaced in any case.

It crosses over at 2K and the LE20 sweetens everything up. Very smooth with a lot of punch....... IT LIKES WATTS!
I've got 9 pairs of L100/43xx sitting around here and do you know what are in favor?

I guess when it comes to JBL's I'm still "stuck in the 60's".
The last pair of new JBL's I bought was in 1978, L300's (which I still have)
