I have 4 L200 Studio Masters in near mint condition; Do You think the xovers would work well with 2234H´s and 2344/2425H or J´s?, I also have some 3120 (1200Hz) xovers.

Nope. There's no HF boost as required for 2344(A). Even 3120A doesn't provide enough, or the correct, compensation.
Build NL200t3 for 2425H or the -16 version for 2425J. Adjust R1 to balance with 2234H, as required:

Looks like it will match 2234H's slightly higher sensitivity perfectly.
Using 2234H, I'd leave both stock ports open on L200
They're gonna sound BEAUTIFUL!

If you want the best transition between the drivers as well as the best overall performance from the 2344 use the 4435 crossover.
