One more question about my 4311's

Today the woffer in one of my 4311's started making a rattling sound at low volumes does that mean it is shot, and can it still be fixed ? Sounds good at higher levels

Pull it and play it free-air to rule-out leads or wires hitting the cone from behind while it's mounted. Clear the wires behind the woofer when reinstalling.


Probably mechanical, so look for defects in the surround and spider, too.
