    tip on one-inch throat horns

    Hi!
My 2342 horns for my 2416 drivers are in really bad shape. I'm thinking of getting another pair, but they are expensive. If there are any other horns I could use for less $$$ but with the same performance, or better :o), please let me know!

    Thanks: Jakob

Whats wrong with them??? Dinged peeling or both. You can refinish them. I have gotten dogs redone them and they look new now.

Yeah, there's no reason you couldn't even do "bodywork" on them. A little Bondo-Glass for dings, some JB-Weld to fix any cracks or breaks or to re-create cracked-out little bits, some careful stripping, filing, sanding and finishing, and they should be good-as-new...

    Regards,
    Gordon.

    You are right, everything's fixable.
How ever, they've got corners cut off and new holes drilled and deep scratches everywhere. I've used some plastic pading and maybe they will look like (all most) new when I'm finished with them, but it takes a lot of time I don't have so...
OK, I'll give them a shot!

    Thanks!
