Planning and Design help please

I am currently assembling the parts to build a new set of speakers for my HT. The current drivers and speakers planned for each front channel are:

VLF, 1-4645C, up to 80 Hz
LF, 1-2235 and 1-2226, 80 to 300 Hz (each in their own box)
MF, 2-E120, 300 to 1500 Hz (Yes total over kill)
HF, 1-2426, on an Everest style horn, 1500 Hz and up
VHF, 1-2205, 8000 Hz and up

I have thought about building 2 boxes per side, each with a 15" and a 12". Both would have the same profile from the front (to provide a level base for the big horn) and have the drivers offset to allow them to be placed closer together with the boxes side by side. I would use the values in the JBL enclosure recommendations to allow best bass response for each. The discussions about "Imaginary equivalent tuning" leads me to believe they would smooth each other out and This way I can have 4 separate speakers at some point.
The HF horns would be in their own box, perhaps with the VHF installed too.
The two Subs would be below the projection screen with my current MTM center on top of it. (2-2123 and a 2416/2432)
All of these would be active crossovers with digital phase and delay correction.

One piece of advice I would offer is to test the LF drivers and see if the T/S parameters are within specification, or at least close. Using JBL recommended emclosure sizes and tuning assumes that the drivers are within specs.

Add another air freshener to the other stack of speakers, it's bound to improve imaging.

Don: As You said, 2 E120´s per side is overkill, but You can control it with the eq´s, since You will be running a 2426, why not work it to 11KHz?, by VHF, I guess You mean 2405.

I don't like to run the horns close to cut off, although my experiance is with a 2344a. The Everest horn may play nice a bit lower but I'm not sure. I have only played it with the 4660A passive @ 1000. I was thinking of using a 1.5 mfd cap on the 2405 and let the 2426 roll off naturally on top. I'm depending on some guidance from Zilch on that whole issue.
I was going to leave one E-120 per box just in case I take it out for a mobile DJ gig. Thats why I used them in the first place, low mid punch to keep up with a horn loaded woofer. 2122 or 2123 would have been more to the point. Since I have them I'm going to go ahead and use them.

I planned to make the boxes and play with port length and volume as needed.
The air freshener is the sound level meter, when it falls off, it's too damn loud.

Why not just build a set of Everests with the sub and be done with it?? All those drivers in the same ranges is going to be a real PITA to integrate properly.
