I found this forum while searching for a source for the JBL dark blue grill cloth. I have a pair of 4430's and 4425's and recently damaged the cloth on one of the 4430's.

I bought these speakers brand new - the 4430's around '88/'89, and the 4425's a year or so before they were discoutinued by JBL. Needless to say that I was quite upset with myself for this blunder and NEED to have this fixed.

Thanks for any help in locating this material, much appreciated

Hey Zilch, what are the dimensions and the price per yard again? I think I'll need a bit for my "Project" speakers.

    Zilch,

Thank you for the speedy reply. I sent you a PM reply.

It never occured to me to search for a JBL speaker forum...DUH!! I should have known that others HAD to share my obsession with these JBL speakers....

Here are a few pictures of the HT set up in our family room:

The front L/R 4430's are driven by a Crown SR1, and the Klipsch center and surronds are powered by a Crown Cts8200. Processing by a Lexicon MC-8.

Well that's a great start! Now you just need to "fix" the center and surround speakers.

    Hiya, Mr. Widget!

Price is $18/yard. The material is 68" wide, so you get nearly two square yards for the price of one linear one.
