I have just had the time to do a rough test driven by my laptop, no amplifier.

First result is the 2405H driver, second result is the same driver with the smith horn.

    Work drawing.

Used JBL's dimensions for the conversion from ring to circle.

    Here's a better measurement.

The HF extension looks good, so there must be hope.

Hope to be able to listen to them next week.

    5K Smith horn

    Hi Johnny
Could you please repost the plans as I can't read the measurements.
What is the driver pictured 075 or 077?
    Thanks
    Michael

The driver used is a 2405H. Will do a 2402 test shortly.

Here's the drawings in both DeltaCAD and dxf format.

I missed this when you posted it before... looks interesting.

What is the vertical scale in that last plot?

Please do post the drawing again either larger over all or with larger dimensions. I can't open your attachment.

It would be very interesting to see some polar plots. Your subjective evaluation will certainly be interesting as well.

It is 6dB between the lines.

I have played this one for two days instead of a 075 on my Sovereigns. It was way more details. Much sweeter (less hard to my ears). It wasn't there - sort of.

This weekend I will have to put the 4-ways into action. Their new home looks bombed.

DeltaCAD can be found here: http://www.dcad.com/demo.html
