Not me, 'til I measure them.

Klipsch owners consider the Crites CT125 an "upgrade."

I have a problem paying more for the ones they replace.

If anyone is looking for a pair of K77's, I have a pair from a set of Speakerlabs that I will sell for $50 plus shipping.

Are you willing to send them to Berkeley for testing and measurement?

Help put this tweeter thing to rest.

You'll get an official ZilchLab test printout in exchange for the effort.

    K77V?

alnico, round can, mid 70's Klipschorn (in baffle behind grillwork).
~6" away(red), and ~1m away (green). Levels have been messed with
    between on-axis measurements. -grumpy

    Thanks, Grumpy.

    They rather suck, apparently.

I'm measuring vintage tweeters and derivatives for Valencia upgrade, and the compensated 2435HPL/PT-F1010 curve is on the screen as baseline. None of them even come close, and that's not even a tweeter.

    Surely something redeeming will appear.

I'm gettin' a BAD attitude about what folks regard as "Just the absolute BEST" here....

Nice Dipstick at 10k. I knew there was a reason why I always hated the old Klipsch sound.

I think that is just one folk. Maybe they are related to the latest member "Twisted Panties" or maybe it's the same person?
