    I'm not convinced that is the one in the photo, but I now know this; don't google "glory hole".

    I think it might be - taken from the right shore of the photos I posted, looking back up toward the warning bouys. But I sure agree it is a nasty safety hazard!!

    You know, they really need to finish it off with a central Phase plug a la 075!!

    I've kicked over it on SCUBA, when the flood gates were closed (obviously) and I was young and foolish. Scared the hell out of me. Not inclined to do that again. Yet another reason they call the road up from Woodland "Cardiac Hill"

    Hell, there is a road right next to it! Someone HAS to have perished in that thing somewhere along the line. The guys here at work want to know if you could ride through it in a "barrel".
