I think they meant " clueless "! Its a term we use here in the U.S. to describe someone or an orginization that has absolutely no idea of WTF they are doing!

That was a typo, I just changed it.
But, they really are, clueless, that is.
JBL has new really high end speakers, but almost no one can find them. Maybe their hiding them in Iraq, which would explain why troops are still there.
Or maybe they're still under water in N.O.
