    Advice on horn mounting 375/H93

I'm not sure how to mount my 375/H93 to the baffle. I don't have the acoustic lens (drat!) but hope one day to come across one. I'd like to mount the horn so, if one day I find a lens, I can add it. Do I mount the horn from the back of the baffle? Front? Should the leading edge of the horn be flush with baffle or overhanging?

I've been watching ebay and marketplace for the lenses and haven't seen any. Has anyone undertaken fabracating them?

I've seen the jbl pdf of the horns and lenses. I'd love to see anyone's close up picture of the lens and how it mounts.

    Thanks!

Here's how it's done on the 4350. They use a steel bracket and a brace to help support the weight.
