JBL K110 VS 2123

I have a pair of JBL K110's that were reconed to a 2123 driver (it has 2123 written on the cone and a paper dust cap). Is there much of a difference between the the two drivers in frequency response (I can't find a spec sheet in the library)? Would these drivers still be ok as instrument speakers?

i'm aware your post is 10yrs old but i wonder how you got on with those units, i mean did you ever put them into use?

I have a few 2123 kits on the way to me and was wondering if someone amongst the fellow forum followers has some spare alnico 10" frames for me to try it out? Or anyone with experience how these kits sound in an old K110/2120/LE111A frame given that new(ish) kapton coil former / heavy(ish) paper cone as opposed to light K110/2110/11/12 cones ?
