I am trying to find the 'best' corner enclosure design for 604-C's or D's. I have searched the literature on this site and have come up with the 620 enclosure design, only. Anybody--is this all there is? Are there variations that have to be made for differences in 604 model #'s?

Not too far back there was an excellent thread which mentions the evolution of this driver, try the search function and also the Altec users homepage.
From memory the magnet had some changes and this effected performance and overall response. I prevously owned an excellent book by Don Davis and Alex Bradminof (?), it was full of enlcosure plans for the Aletc 604 series, VOT and others, sadly the loaner was never returned.
