Most classic/sought after signature woofer ?

What woofer would be the rarest or most sought after woofer from the JBL Signature series ?
I suppose a Hi Fi woofer is what I mean.

150-4C, they get pretty outrageous, and they are not that good.

Rarest and most sought after would have to be two different catagories. As Alex pointed out, the 150-4C (and variants) are the ones that fetch the biggest bucks, so much so that there have been forgeries.

As a collector of mostly pre 1950 (Jim Lansing era) pieces, the drivers with San Marcos, Venice or Van Nuys addresses really attract my attention. I have had some nice scores in the past year: a pair of San Marcos D-101 15" woofers (JBL's first product); a San Marcos D-130, and just yesterday a Venice D-1000 two way system in original cabinet with all components, including 130A woofer, intact.
