La Habra, California, about 20 minutes north of Disneyland and Angel Stadium (Anaheim) and about 30 minutes east of Los Angeles.

As mentioned, lots of JBL products abound in SoCal, Orange County, and San Diego. Ain't called West Coast Sound for nuthin'!!!

    Regards,

    Bart

Oh, was 100 degrees out today in Pomona where I work.

NYC area, where silly rich folks toss out tired, old JBLs.

    Good pizza & bagels, too.

    WINNIPEG !!!
The birth place of this awesome forum !

We get extreme temps here. 43 degrees celcius today with humidity. That's about 109 for you back-water foreigners ! ( Time to go metric ! It doesn't hurt...really !)

Bloody cold in the winter. Minus 25F is not uncommon. Super cheap cost of living to boot.

    No wonder!

Growing up as a kid in San Diego, I wondered why there even was a Chicago... I guess there are worse places.

    Tahiti Sojourn

Thanks Zilch for your concern,I will be thinking of you as the South Pacific seas are gently lapping over my toes as I concentrate on sipping a ice cold libation.
and Widget, what a sterling idea, however Siobian have been to LA many times and I don't think I can sell "Lets dangle the toes in the water at Venice Beach et al in comparison to Tahiti now can I!
I would have a better chance in your neighbourhood but again the crabs in the South Pacific do have a slight edge.(No smelly seals)
    Next time eh
    Your Intrepid South Pacific traveller

I'm down here in W. Palm Beach, across the bridge from the Kennedy's, the Trump's and all the rest of the muckity-mucks....where a garage sale is better known as an "estate sale" and can ( if you get lucky) yield rich rewards....vintage JBL's!

While Tahiti is certainly a paradise, where does one who lives year round in the tropics go for r & r ?....Amsterdam....I leave tomorrow!

I think everybody should post their city or nearby, unless Your photo is already in post offices.

I'm south of Carson City, NV.
Nevada is not like it was 35 years ago when I got here. With Californians moving here by the 1000s its becoming like CA, plus casinos.
And like Titanium Dome, I'd have to find the Performance Series via the net.

I am in Orange California, about a mile from the "Los Angeles Angels in Anaheim" Stadium (yeah right). Centrally located to great So Cal JBL hunting.

I am located in sunny Long Beach, southern California. Do any of you soCal LH types want to stop by sometime to talk speakers, check out the Lansing Mfg. Co. collection, listen to a Lansing Iconic and/or have a listen to the field coil compression driver horn system that my friend Rich and I have been developing for the past couple of years? If so, just drop me a line at [email protected].
