These are nice, love the orange grilles!!
I would really be upset if those were L166s.

WOW!
There were a pair on eBay during the last year with the orange grills still intact. They too had spent many years wrapped up. I believe they were in Arizona or New Mexico. Just leaving them wrapped won't save them though, I am guessing that low humidity or some other environmental condition (low ozone etc.) is the secret.
Looking at them is simply a time machine experience. Very cool!
HOLY $#!+, literally a NEW pair of L100 Centurys!!
Where do people keep finding stuff like this?!?!?!?
Man.
Regards,
Gordon.
Some are asking ... "¿Why would you be looking...?""HOLY $#!+, literally a NEW pair of L100 Centurys!!

Maybe they stayed boxed for a reason.
Sorry, L100 Fans, JUST KIDDING...

"Indeed, not!!"
Stuff it Bo!
Hey, can I say that on the forum? Maybe if I put a smily face it will be OK.
But seriously, I can't say I would want to listen to them for very long but I would love a pair in that condition.
Ya, you BIG speakers guys
There's nothing wrong with those L100s!!
"Maybe they stayed boxed for a reason."
What I'm wondering is, WHY UNBOX THEM NOW???
Hasn't this been a bad enough year already?

Got me thinking: ¿How can I make amends with the hoards of L100 fans...?Stuff it Bo!
You all are right. I too have owned at least 2-prs (I got 'em for the kids), but in the process found that on eBay they periodically go for a boat-load
So, maybe these in this condition could win two boat-loads and you could make that BIG STEP: 4315's on eBay Link
OK, so you wouldn't be done, necessarily, but you'd be SO much further along...
