I agree, though they may still "work" when pushed in. In my case, the one I got that was pushed in would occassionally cut out completely, probably due to diaphragm damage. (I had a feeling my post may be construed as "agreeing" that "it doesn't affect performance".)Originally Posted by Mr. Widget

Glad it made it. That was one cheap-ass USPS Global Priority envelope I sent it in.
