Hi What systems did JBL use this driver in. Also when did this driver come on to the scene

They show up in the 1986 Pro Catalog but are not in the 1984 so figure 85-86 as a quess. They were used in various reinforcement speakers as well as the 4344 Mk 2. I use them in my mains and they are very nice drivers.
