Hey all, starting a refinishing project on a set of JBL L110 cabinets, including the front baffels. Need to remove the high freqency and midrange pots without breaking down the wiring, but can't seem to figure out how. Anybody have any ideas?

On most JBL speakers of that vintage, if you peel off the foilcal around the pots, you will see a number of screws underneath. Remove those screws, and IIRC, the entire crossover should come off the back of the baffle as a unit, including the pots.
Giskard, anything weird about the L110, specifically, that would preclude this?

Gordon.
Your a life saver Giskard! Had them out in ten minutes following those instructions. Where did that info come from - I've gotta get the whole document.
Thanks again,
Dave
Giskard, where can I find these PDF files?
Thanks,
Dave
Never mind, found them on the JBL web site.
