Victor Zero 5 3-Way Speakers

I just picked up a set of Victor Zero 5 3-Way Speakers.
Very Intriguing, hmmmmm............................

First thing I noticed was the extreme weight of these monsters, followed by the unusal front and rear grill set-up although the rear grill may not be factory.

Front grill removal revealed a beautiful aluminum basket inverted dust cap driver.
I realized Pioneer tried to copy or compete with JBL but who do these guys think they are? Made In Japan.....Pictures to follow.

That would be the Victor company of Japan, or more commonly known here as JVC. Their speaker product line seemed to be strictly targeted at their domestic market since I am unaware of them being imported to North America. I have never come across Victor speakers in person so I have no opinion to offer.
