Win XP question

How do you tell Win XP to open any new Internet windows "Maximized" I did the "Open maximized" in the short cuts section. Any ideas ?

Open an Explorer Window. Maximize it and then hold down the Ctrl key while selecting File->Close

You can do what Giskard says or take a somewhat more drastic measure. You can download MAXTHON which is an internet exploder plug in that gives you a built in pop-up blocker, tabbed browsing and a host of other features ( translator, download manager ......)
It is a front end for internet exploder and is very small, does what IE should do and well, I like it.
