I knew that the 2451 were 1.5 inch drivers, and that the 2450 I own are 2 inches. But what are the 2450sl ?

The 2450SL drivers are 1.5 inch. They are very similar to the 2451 in that they also do not have an extension piece at the exit.

2451...2450SL.......But are the diaphrams different? One coated the other none coateded ? This was never cleared up last year. Some one at JBL was going to make a list as to what diaphrams work in all drivers. I,m still holding my breath. But no answere.
....and they have a horn loaded sub
That 3635 subwoofer photo looks suspiciously like it employs a 2245H instead of the listed 2242h
They still havent updated their photos?

ASH 6118 horn loaded subwoofer. This was originally from the Custom Shop for dance clubs! I think they came up with it to compete with EAW dominating the dance club market!Originally Posted by mikebake
From what I understand, they do put out, but are very expensive!

Ain't as if JBL don't know how to do horn-loaded subs, either.
No resurrection of Triple-Chamber-Bandpass, tho....
If you check the specs of the 4645c and the 3635 they both specify the 2242h. If you look at the photos the 4645c looks like a 2242H with the larger dust cap. The 3635 has a much smaller dust cap and small surround (cant tell if it is foam or not from the photo). Looks like a 2245H photo to me... maybe.
Sorry, the 2042h is specified in the notice !!!Here:Originally Posted by andresohc
