    Beautiful workmanship!

    How thick is the baffle, and what material?

    Love the matched veneer and the finish you achieved on both the baffle and the backs. Better than originals.

    You’re absolutely right. For stability.
    Not pre veneered.
    Veneer on both sides are made on these machines after the edges are glued.

    It’s a veneer shop. They only did the veneer.
