    cleaning networks?

I've C56 speakers in good working condition.
Upon close listening, however, the left speaker is a bit cleaner and louder than the right one.
I wonder if I can expect the same tone when I clean this old, aging network of LX10.
    What do you think?

How do you 'clean' a network? I understand checking for cold solder joints but cleaning?

Probably the L-pad (which one can "clean" or potentially replace if really bad) or the 175 driver, which would be unfortunate.
Possibly the capacitor. Not a particularly complex crossover.
Would be pretty easy to swap crossovers between cabs to isolate the issue.
