    EZ listening choices ?

    .
Yeah , we all like the dynamics of our JBL's and appropriate tunes, BUT

sometimes you need a break (like soothing tunes to help you sleep ?)

dunno , maybe it's just me

I let Pandora roll through the L-15's run by the Creek on the headboard

Have custom stations just for that purpose

    Julie London radio
    Patsy Cline radio
    Ray Charles radio
    Roy Orbison radio
You guys have any EZ listening faves ????

    OH!

Having trouble falling asleep due to on-going events in Portland? Tear gas smell keeps you awake too? Seems like the opportunity you've been waiting for to use your gas mask.

For my part I fall asleep well knowing that the whole universe is completely insane, then i'm not alone, works great! LOL

Thanks for bringing back that lucid Avatar pic...

naw ..I never go downtown , it's 10 miles away ...they can burn it to the ground..that'd be OK. (except the library)

just back pain, knee pain, ... now they're diagnosing hip arthritis.

OBTW: That Mr. Natural 'toon is very apt for these times ??

RE: just back pain, knee pain, wif pain ... now they're diagnosing hip arthritis

This seems like quite a severe penalty on you for what was to be originally a simple bike ride... Wish i was a magician man , then could help you. Hope things will turn around for you so you can get back on the bike with some bungeed stuff at the back...

Yup, relevant in this crazy era. At least we can get a laugh from the 'toon, i do.

Sorry if it scared off some EZ listening choices

Easy listening won't help. You need harder stuff as painkiller. Gute Besserung wünscht Dir Fritz the Cat

    Seawolf97,

may I ask you, just for interest, to complete the text in your avatar's big bubble? I can't read the 3rd word: »The whole xxx is complete insane!«

    Thank you and best regards!

most of my rides are "not really simple" . In my cycling thread (OT forum)* ... I've mentioned the trifecta that has got me back out on bike the last 2 weeks , in that time I've logged 40 miles .... an amount that I'd do in a day in past years , but is an accomplishment for me now.

That 'toon was on a poster on my wall much of the 70's....

    * a copy of it for R , who isn't on OT

been wearing it 3 days now. Yesterday felt good enough to make 2 trips around the block on the bike.

today, low pain level and made a 1.5 mile trip to the local grocery thrift store. Still OK.

I had recalled a classic trick of mine and had 2E pickup and mix a batch of this stuff, consuming last 3 days .... feeling pretty good .

This is especially good for people who are very active—cyclists, for instance—older adults, people with joint or bone injuries,
