    M9500 Center channel Help!

Greetings, I have now lived with the M9500s' for a month. An audiophile friend of mine exclaimed after listening to them that he felt like he was paying homage at the "monoliths of compression". An interesting metaphor. My friend purchased my Avalon Eidelons 2 years ago. We both like the M9500's better. Really no comparison. Anyway I have a new opportunity for a project. My JBL Synergy center channel does not quite hold up and balance evenly across the front. I am contemplating a design with 2 - 8" or 2 -10" and either a 1" or 2" driver mounted on a horn, Space and size is an issue. Any thoughts and ideas? Regards Dennis

If you want the ultimate from JBL as a prepackaged ststem, there really is only one choice:
