    Repair/Reinforce JBL 035TIA Tweeter Terminals

I recently removed some 035TIA tweeters from my L80T speakers and both had terminals that had come loose. I was able to continue by cutting the wires instead of trying to pull the wires off of the terminals. Both still work by the way. I used super glue gel to glue down the terminals and I will pull off the wires (using pliers to hold the terminals down) after the glue has cured for 24 hours. Can I use epoxy on top of the original brown glue to reinforce the terminals?

If they are for your own use and not resale, then appearance isn't important. You could drill a hole and use a screw and nut to hold the terminals.

a little less extreme, you could solder them down
