I've got three to play with, all have torn rubber surrounds with a very narrow outer lip, all of the ebay foams are 8" "one size fits all" except one from The Netherlands that looks like a winner...but it's in The Netherlands. Is there a stateside source for the correct surrounds?
Thinking of how I'd do the refoam gives me a headache, inside/under first would have to be spot-on or the little lip wouldn't marry up squarely. Outer lip first and then try to flip the foam under the cone without damage sounds fun as well.
Any wisdom?

They're going into Decade 16 boxes with 035tia tweeters and an undetermined crossover. I hate to throw out good furniture.
