    JBL blue color?

Tried searching but couldn't figure how to - so is there an official jbl blue color or not? If so, what is it?

To be more specific I'm talking about the color JBL dubbed "Aegean" for the L200 foam grilles. I need color pics or reference info.

Maybe there were/are a lot of different blues?

Here's the blue colors described in the respective manuals. JBL L-100 Foam Grills - Ultra Blue, L26 & L36 -"blue".
I'm not seeing any JBL specific Blue for those 3 grills.

Am looking for accurate color pics - names are meaningless.

Working from a really good photo probably won't really get you there either.

I think the only way you will be able to really nail it is to find a chuck of crumbling original L200 Agean Blue material.

FWIW: this representation of Pantone 3035C is pretty close as far as my color memory goes:

    https://www.myperfectcolor.com/paint...one-pms-3035-c

The actual 3035C printed swatch in my color book is far too dark, but on my MacBook Pro the link looks pretty close. Of course, your monitor will show it a bit differently than mine. On top of that there is the transforming a transparent color being back lit into a semi opaque paint covering a medium gray foam. That said, the link is to a company that will make you custom spray paint. You might try a can and see how well it works.

I haven't used their service, but looking it over, they seem professional and reasonable.

The L200 blue foam grills I bought from you ~ 10yrs ago were, as far as I'm concerned - a dead match for the original dark blue (long since rotted away to dust).
The more recent pair I got from you (I sent you a sample from the first set) seem to also be a perfect match, though I noticed the foam seems less dense (more spongy, softer).
Those grills & colors are horrendously difficult to get good pictures of.
    Best wishes!!
