Final Be 1400 Array Clone Schematic

    Hello Frank

This is the build schematic. Not sure how this is going to help you as it is set-up with the 045Be. I think I have some schematics preliminary without the 045 but I would be concerned because of the attenuation vs use with a 2206. You are going to be walking a fine line balancing the system SPL vs the top octave roll off of the 435Be/2435.

Here is a measurement of a 2435 on a PTH1010 set point for the system was about 94dB and you can see the top octave roll off. It might be better on an Array Horn but you can see the roll of will eventually limit the system sensitivity. Just like the older 2344/2426 combo 96dB was the limit before you didn't have enough last octave.

Thanks Rob, that's just what I had in mind. Yes the 2206 is 97dB/W. I'm currently running DSP/active but just had an Mark Levinson 380s/No 333 come into my possession and a passive version starts to look an attractive proposition.

Here is Greg's original filter for his original system using the 9800 horn and 435Be no UHF driver. This could help you as a starter.

    Hello

If I remember right he was bi-amping I don't see anything more that a compensation circuit so run it in an appropriate crossover sim to see what's going on and what the attenuation is.
