Hi, I have at last been able to get the JBL cinema speakers home after 4-5 years in storage.
Before I start using them, I was planing to give them some cleaning and do some light cosmetic repairs on the cabinets. They have been treated badly and have deep scratches and small pieces of the finish missing. The cabinets seems to have a black plastic veneer Finish. How do you repair small damages like this?
One cabinet has also got a bigger damage in a corner. It seems to have been receiving a big hit of some sort. AS shown in the two pictures below, both side an top plate have cracks. It does not seem to go all the way true but I can feel that the corner I weakening when grabbing it. How would you hav fixed this?
