Hi. A pair of these used speakers are currently for sale, seemingly in Singapore. I am very intrigued, I was completely unaware JBL made TLX 14s with a wood veneer finish! Never saw anything like that for sale over here in London in the late 1980s or early 1990s. This is a long shot but does anyone know anything about this or other well known models which JBL did more than one finish for? I would have loved to have got a pair back then if there was actually a choice. I attach a photo and a link to the website where it is being sold.
