Anyone ever build Grilles for JBL L110s?

Wondering is anyone has built grilles for the JBL L110s. Hoping to get some advice.

    Thanks,

    Dave

Huntley Audio was doing replacement grilles for several of the older monitors. Might be able to help.

    L110

    It's a complicated grille.
Fabric welded into plastic frame. I've taken one apart, very difficult to replace fabric using original frames.

I don't have an actual L110 to cut and fit a proper JIG, and with the raised baffle and mounting posts, it really makes it a challenge.

I've been looking for a L110. They don't turn up in the used market often, even empty, cosmetically challenged examples.

I don't get too many requests for replacement grilles - maybe one or two per year.

How many L110 owners would like replacement grilles?

Something you don't see everyday - JBL 4435 grilles finished in red.

    Thank you

I'm interested too in buying these blue grills. If anyone know where it is available please let us know.

Steve can you post a pic of that original frame such as it is , I have a wee idea.
30 years since I saw one of those in the flesh. Very transparent fabric too.
